Lizz and Swamp Lakes

Paddlers possessing a Lizz and Swamp Lakes entry permit must begin on Poplar Lake and then proceed to either Lizz or Swamp Lake (it is the paddler's decision) and then onto several areas of the wilderness, including the Gaskin/Winchell area.
