Ogishkemuncie Lake
From BWCAWiki
Ogishkemuncie Lake ("oh-GISH-keh-MUN-cee", sometimes abbreviated Ogish) is a medium-sized (701 acres) lake at the junction of several popular canoe routes in the central BWCAW. It has a maximum depth of 70 feet. Although Ogishkemuncie has a large number of campsites relative to its size (about 15), they may fill up completely during peak summer season. The lake contains walleyes, northern pike, smallmouth bass, and a small population of lake trout.
